Here is the first version of the gears.
There are 4 horizontal axles.
The axle at the top spins the gondola.
It spins always with the motor.
The axle at the bottom turns the dark bluish grey wheel on the left.
This wheel is smooth so it won't make the big black wheel turn.

When you push the yellow lever down it presses the tire against
both of the wheels and the big wheel turns and that makes the arm turn.

Here is the problem: The dark bluish grey wheel turns 3 times faster
than the gondola. The diameter of the grey wheel is 2 studs and the
diameter of the black wheel is 6 studs. So the ratio of them is 1/3.
This causes the black wheel and the gondola axle to turn exactly the
same speed and therefore when the power is delivered to the arm and
it rises, the gondola stops spinning.

For this reason I changed the gears. Now the gondola keeps spinning
also when the arm turns.
