1961 Chevrolet Corvette
Modified Lego Set 10321
I bought this set. There were some featrures in the design that didn't look good to my eye.
Here is the original set design.

This is my modified version.

Things that I've changed in the side view:
The headlights come one plate further and have "chrome" rims.
The shape of the front part under the headlights is different.
The shape of the front wheelwell is different. I changed the 90 degree
corner on the down right to 45 degrees.
The shape of the white area is different and I added a rim around it.
The wheelwell of the rear wheel looked odd and the wheelbase looked long.
So, I moved the rear wheels one stud closer to the front wheels but kept
the rear part of the wheelwell in the original place. Now the shape of the
wheelwell is better. The door is also moved one stud closer to the front wheel.
The upper part of the rear fender is more streamlined.
The rear bumper is one stud higher.
The roof looked so blocky that I took it away.

Bumpers lifted one stud.
Light bluish gray round plates added under the rear lights to make them look rounder.
The licence plate area lifted one stud upwards and redesigned.

When I moved the rear wheels and the doors one stud closer to the front,
the cabin became one stud shorter. So, I had to make the seats shorter, too.
The orginal ones looked a bit too long anyway.

The inside of the doors is different because the structure of the door is different.

I tested how the car would look if I changed the rear wheels from 14 wide to 20.
