Agents Truck
The idea came from Lego set 8635. I never had this set.
That truck is way too big for normal roads.
I also wanted to make more stealth version.

With this telescopic sponge the agents can mark a car with special paint
that is visible only in UV-light. (The truck has UV-lights.)
